Test-only authorisation and contacts
OpenSRS Horizon registrations do not purchase public domains. Paid-plan access, validated contact details and explicit agreement acceptance are required to start registration checkout. Names may become unavailable before submission. The app stores consent time, not proof that a lawyer-approved version of every agreement was accepted. Pricing
Checkout rechecks availability and separate one-year registration/renewal wholesale quotes; missing quotes block checkout. Retail uses an administrator override or wholesale plus configured percentage markup rounded upward to a price ending in 99 cents, then the management fee; a registration promotion may override that calculation. Review the displayed total. Renewal quotes do not purchase a renewal or lock a future renewal price. Test gross sales and wholesale differences are not net profit. Failure, duplication and unsupported actions
An exact paid test order is verified before an atomic submission claim. An unresolved-domain uniqueness guard blocks repeated orders; ambiguous outcomes stay blocked for investigation. Final failed registrations may enter the explicit administrator test-refund process. External-domain entry/project assignment does not prove ownership, DNS configuration or correct-site delivery. Registrar DNS writes, transfers, renewal purchases, auto-renew changes, privacy purchase, WP Engine attachment and SSL issuance are unavailable. Current test registration requests turn auto-renew off; refreshed provider status is shown separately.
Verification emails and live rollout
